TAB's NEW Contracts Package Available

TAB's NEW Contracts Package are now available to members through your local HBA.
The contracts and other forms are intended to encompass a variety of transactions that are typical in the field of residential construction and remodeling in the State of Texas. These documents have been prepared to include the changes to the law that were enacted during the recent Texas legislative session. It is anticipated that changes will occur in the future which will impact the utility of these documents. Therefore, your package includes a subscription so that when changes are made, you will receive the updated forms during your subscription period at no extra charge.
